After a Series IX test failed to start due to various reasons, for example Load Calibration check, Frame Disabled, etc, subsequent tests would fail to start with an error message stating "UpdateRampSegment1 returned 28", even though the system was not in an error state, i.e. the reason the previous test failed has been resolved.
