Preventive maintenance scheduled at a time that suits your business will help to ensure you get the most out of your materials testing equipment. Each visit includes a pre-defined set of maintenance activities designed to help maximize uptime and extend the life of your testing system.

Instron’s engineers have access to all the latest documentation, official spare parts, and tools required to maintain your equipment at its peak performance.

We will consult with you and take care of all the arrangements keeping you informed with the aim of minimized disruption to your operation.

Preventive Maintenance and Calibration

Preventive Maintenance, when coupled with Calibration and Software Support services, will protect your equipment investment while providing the confidence that your system is operating to factory specifications.

Combining preventive maintenance and calibration services is the most convenient and economical way for you to meet ISO 9001, ASTM E4 and ASTM E83 compliance requirements. We also offer support services and documentation to support IQ/OQ process requirements.

Taking advantage of our combined calibration and preventive maintenance services will minimize costs and simplify scheduling.  We will keep track of the scheduled due dates and work with you to schedule the necessary services in advance of the due date deadlines.
