Overview of I-Series Data Acquisition Electronics

controller provides accurate point-to-point, high speed data communications
with the system's computer without compromising data integrity.
The controller assumes the burden of realtime control, error
and event detection, and limit checking, leaving the computer free
to perform what it does best - acting as an input device, user
interface and data storage medium.
