Rheology Systems
The Instron line of CEAST Rheology systems are used to measure the rheological properties of thermoplastics to characterize the polymer melt flow behavior in the process conditions. This is achieved through a broad range of rheology systems - from Melt Flow Testers to Capillary Rheometers.

The Instron® line of CEAST Capillary Rheometers measures the rheological behavior of thermoplastic polymers and composites under processing conditions. Fundamental properties like Melt Strength, Thermal Conductivity, Die Swell, and PVT behavior can be measured and simulate processes such as injection moulding, extrusion, blow moulding, and film blowing.

The Instron® modular line of CEAST Melt Flow Testers measure, with great accuracy, the MFR and MVR - basic data required for thermoplastic quality control in the rheology field.
