Overview
The CEAST 9010 Pendululm is used to conduct impact tests on thermoplastic materials to determine their fragility characteristics under standard stress conditons.
Features
- Test low resiliance impact specimens from 0.5 - 5.5 J
- A robust steel structure includes an accurate, self-calibration system and automatic windage friction correction during tests
- Absorbed energy is measured by a digtial encoder mounted on the shaft of the pendulum
- Test data and parameters can be printed directly without a PC
- A soft-touch alphanumeric keypad on the control panel allows the user to set up to 16 test parameters including: energy, speed, start angle, specimen dimensions, notch type, material data, and comments
