This week, Microsoft released its monthly Windows updates for April. This particular update has led to multiple concerns regarding Bluehill Software versions 1, 2 and 3. Bluehill Universal is not affected.
These concerns typically arise upon start-up or when saving or completing a sample, and appear to crash the software.
To resolve the issue, please uninstall the following updates from your PC.
- Windows 7: KB4015549 and KB4015546
- Windows 10: KB4015217
